Ordering How do I place an order? You can place an order directly through the VoxForm website. Simply browse our products or submit a quote request for a custom print, and follow the checkout process. We accept payment securely via card through Stripe. Can I order a custom or bespoke design? Yes — custom prints are a core part of what we do. If you don't have a file, you can find free models on Printables — just make sure the licence permits commercial use before submitting. Once you have the file, use the quote request form on the website and upload your file. We'll get back to you with a price. What file formats do you accept for custom prints? We accept STL, OBJ, STP/STEP, ZIP (for multiple models), and 3MF files. If you're unsure whether your file is suitable, contact us and we'll be happy to check for you. Materials & Quality What materials do you print with? Our standard material is PLA, which is suitable for most decorative, functional, and hobby applications. We also offer ABS for parts requiring greater heat resistance and durability. If you have specific material requirements please contact us. How strong are the prints? Print strength depends on the material and orientation. We use a standard 15% infill on all prints, which is suitable for most everyday and decorative applications. ABS is the better choice for parts that need to withstand higher temperatures or more mechanical stress. If you need a different infill density, you can specify this in the extra information field on the quote page and we'll accommodate where possible. What colours are available? We stock a fixed range of filament colours that are always available for every order, whether you're buying from the shop or placing a custom print request. Available colours are shown on each product in the shop and on the quote page. Turnaround & Lead Times How long does it take to print my order? Most standard orders are printed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Complex or large custom prints may take longer — we'll get in touch if this is the case. Can I get a faster turnaround? If you need something urgently, mention it in the extra information field on the quote page or contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
