Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the VoxForm website and the purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order with VoxForm, you agree to these terms in full.
About Us
VoxForm is a 3D printing service operated as a partnership by Jacob Waters and Matthew Taylor, 2 Laver Road, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5FW, United Kingdom.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by VoxForm. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once you have received and accepted a formal quote from us via email, and payment has been received in full.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP (£). VoxForm is not currently VAT registered - no VAT is charged on your order. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to requote if your file or requirements change after a quote has been issued.
Your Files
You are responsible for ensuring that any files you upload are print-ready and free from errors. By uploading a file, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have permission to have it printed. VoxForm accepts no liability for prints produced from files with errors that were approved by the customer at the quote stage.
Intellectual Property
VoxForm will not reproduce any design that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarked designs. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Prohibited Models
VoxForm reserves the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We will not produce prints of any design that could reasonably be used to cause harm to people or property. This includes but is not limited to:
- Weapons, weapon components, or accessories — including functional or non-functional firearm parts, suppressors, or magazine components
- Restraints or items intended to intimidate, injure, or endanger others
- Drug paraphernalia, including items designed for the consumption or preparation of illegal substances
- Counterfeit or fraudulent items, including fake identification documents, currency, official seals, or regulated credentials
